Raw Castings

The parts are still on the sprue and gates.  Wires sticking out of the cored holes reenforce the core during handling and setting of the core in the mold.

Finished Castings

Completely machined and parting line cleaned up.

Pilot holes drilled and cast-in part numbers

Hollow like the original.
