Conditions:
Black Cross Aviation makes no guarantees, expressed or implied, as to the airworthiness of any machined part or casting that it manufactures.  The customer bears the sole responsibility for determining the airworthy status of any part or casting purchased from Black Cross Aviation.

Terms:
Currently Black Cross Aviation accepts PayPal, certified funds, and business checks in payment for any items purchased from us.  Shipments of parts paid for by check will be held until the check clears.  Currently we are unable to process credit cards.
